Hello, I’m Amita Desai from Kuwait. When I met Rama, I never knew ki yeh chota packet bada dhamaka hai! I really mean it! I worked with her in her drama, “Sapno ke pare”. She actually gave me my Sapno ke pare.
She unblocked my feeling which had kept me away from the “REAL ME”. She diverted me towards a positive life changing direction.

I had joined Rama 3 years back along with my wife for weight and health management advice . I had some apprehensions of sustaining my reduced weight in long run because of my prior experience and lot of research indicating this trend in majority of the people . I raised my apprehensions to her in our first meeting, but Rama sounded very confident that it will be sustainable, though I was still not sure.
As I moved on in my journey and understood her approach of tackling weight management as part of wholistic health management with strong focus on making behavioral and attitudinal change and the way we look at weight and health . She cultivated sustainable habits of healthy eating and guided us to look at food and nutrition in right way, which involved hard efforts in changing some of fundamental thinking and deep behavior. Different people want to lose weight for different reasons. Some want to feel better about their looks, some want to boost their self esteem…but for me it was altogether different. I was suffering from severe pain in the lower joint of my foot…Doctor advised me to lose weight…I tried to lose weight in different ways but all were in vain. Then I came to know about Rama, the nutritionist. Reluctantly I went to her thinking that this may be my another failure. However after discussion with her I felt that I had come to the right person. I started following her instructions blindly without any self analysis. Slowly I started shedding my weight and within 6 months I lost around 14 kgs which helped to reduce my foot pain….the most important thing during this journey I never felt that I was on diet or someway depriving myself. First of all, I would like to thank you for the support and effort you have put on me to make my sugar level bring to normal.
My journey started with you from the month of February 2020.
My intially sugar level was 10.9 ( Fasting)
21.3 (PP)
After following your diet plan , My sugar level slowly reduced and now it is under control (5.6) Fasting. I have reduced also the medicine dosage to quarter levels from where I started. Soon I will go off with medicine.
Your diet plan pattern are so well placed that I didn’t face any problems in following it.
